Our column detection engine automatically identifies product names, SKUs, UDIs, pricing, and availability regardless of how your distributor formats the file. No field mapping, no ETL work, no IT ticket required. Enterprise customers who want API or ERP integration will involve IT, but that's optional and scoped after you've already seen the value.

CSV and Excel (XLSX / XLS) for catalog imports — which covers the vast majority of distributor price lists. Our auto-detection handles inconsistent column names, merged header rows, and multi-sheet workbooks. Enterprise plans add REST API ingestion for distributors who can push data programmatically. Your normalized catalog data is always exportable. Before canceling, you can export everything to CSV. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day read-only period where you can still access and export your data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. We never hold your data hostage.

Yes. Each organization's data is fully isolated — other customers cannot see your catalogs, products, pricing, or procurement activity. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We handle catalog data only — no patient data, no PHI — so HIPAA does not apply to Procuremint. Enterprise customers get dedicated database instances for full logical and physical isolation.
